Waivers

Certain aliens may not be allowed to enter or obtain status in the United States because they are inadmissible. These aliens may overcome the inadmissibility if they are eligible to apply for and receive a waiver.

There are different types of waivers available with different requirements, including but not limited to:

• Unlawful Presence Waivers
• Waivers of Criminal Behavior
• Waivers for Fraud or Misrepresentation
• Waivers of Prior Removal
• General waivers of inadmissibility
